How far in advance should we book?

It's advisable to book as early as possible to secure your desired date, especially during peak wedding seasons.

What’s included in the venue rental fee?

The flat-rate venue rental grants you access to the property for an entire weekend, including the use of the mansion, the grounds, and the reception hall, and, overnight accommodations for about 15 guests. There is a list of preferred vendors on this page for tables & chairs, catering, alcohol, photographers, and flowers.

How many guests can the venue accommodate?

The reception hall can comfortably seat about 180 guests.

Are we able to schedule a tour before booking?

Of course! Please complete our contact form on this website to request a booking.

Can we host both the ceremony and reception on-site?

Yes, both the ceremony and reception can be held on-site, providing a seamless experience for you and your guests.

Is there a rain plan or indoor option for outdoor ceremonies?

The reception hall and cocktail hour are all indoor/four season. For large outdoor ceremonies, rain plans can be a little tricky. Let's talk through some more details about the size and your plans and we'll figure out what the options are. We are happy to work with you to make it a perfect day.

How long do we have access to the venue on the wedding day?

With the full weekend rental, you have access to the venue from Friday afternoon until Sunday noon, allowing ample time for preparations and celebrations.

Yes, the mansion offers nine spacious bedrooms, some of which can serve as "get ready" rooms for the bridal party and grooms in the guys hangout in the basement

Do you provide tables, chairs, and linens?

Not through the venue, but our friends over at BK rentals have done many weddings there and always do a great job.

Is there ample parking for guests?

Yes, Sunnybrae Mansion offers free on-site parking for guests. We've hosted events for up to 400 guests and there's plenty of parking.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the venue is ADA/ACA accessible, ensuring comfort for all guests.

Are there nearby accommodations for guests?

The mansion offers overnight accommodations comfortably for about 15 guests, with nine spacious bedrooms available. For additional guests, there are hotels located at the edge of the property, just minutes away, with rental block options. It's very convenient.
